The inquiry form collects your name, email and any optional phone number, event date, location, guest estimate, experience preference and details you choose to send. Please do not include payment information or sensitive personal information in the event description.
Responding to your inquiry
We use those details to respond, understand the event and manage the related customer conversation. Inquiry delivery and customer relationship service providers process the information on Merch Troop’s behalf. Sending an inquiry does not create a booking or an agreement to purchase.
Technical information
Our web server and form services may record technical information needed for operation and abuse prevention. The form also sends the page URL, referring page and campaign identifiers present in the URL to help identify the inquiry’s source. Campaign identifiers and the landing-page reference are kept in session storage so they can accompany an inquiry after you navigate between pages. This website does not use advertising pixels or browser analytics cookies.
